Department Overview This position is under the supervision of the VP of Clinical Operations at the Cascade Life Alliance (CLA). The duties of this position are in support of the mission and goals of CLA including comprehensive supervision and leadership of the Education Program, to include oversight of the design, implementation, standardization, and evaluation of education initiatives across all CLA departments. Additionally, the Education Program Manager may take administrative call as needed to provide 24-hour coverage coordinating all aspects of the donation process across the Donation Service Area (DSA). The Education Program Manager works collaboratively with other departments to identify and advance initiatives in support of overall organizational strategic goals and values, including staff training and professional development, quality improvement, and performance management.
