Project Manager – Control Room Solutions (EMEA) Location: Hybrid, based in Central Europe (travel up to 50% across EMEA) Employment Type: Full‑time (M/F): About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to deliver complex, mission‑critical control room projects across EMEA. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to design, integrate, and deploy KVM and/or Professional AV solutions—balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety for customers in sectors such as utilities, transportation, security & defense, emergency operations, oil & gas, finance, broadcast, and manufacturing . Typical project budgets: €100K€ – €10,000K€ Experience required: 10-15 years of end‑to‑end project management Key Responsibilities: - End‑to‑End Delivery – Own the full lifecycle from contract handover to final acceptance (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, closure). - Financial Control – Build and manage budgets (€200k–€10M), track cost to complete, margin protection, cash flow forecasting, and timely invoicing. - Planning & Scheduling – Develop and maintain integrated schedules (milestones, dependencies, critical path); manage site readiness and resource plans. - Risk, Q...
