We are seeking an experienced, technically proficient and results-driven Development Manager to lead our Java development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java-based technologies, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment. This role requires expertise in managing development projects aligned with CMMI Level 2 processes, ensuring compliance with process maturity standards and delivery excellence. The candidate should also possess a sound understanding of IT infrastructure, coupled with strong organizational and international client coordination skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. Management is key to this role because you will be responsible for traveling to global customers and integrating wth the entire R&D team.
