Audiovisual Technology Lab in Huawei Munich Research Center is developing innovative technologies in the field of acquisition, encoding and decoding, processing and presentation for the media field, including audio, video, image and graphics. You will contribute to these activities being inserted into an international and experienced team of researchers. Join us as a: Intern - learned video compression (m/f/d) Your mission: Research on innovative algorithms in the field of learning-based video compression; Research on training of learnable algorithms of video coding; Developing, implementing variable rate functionality and conducting rate matching. Implement the innovative algorithms on a reference software; Generate papers, technical reports.
