Job Description Join LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech company, as a VoIP Engineer and contribute to the testing and evaluation of cutting-edge FAA communication systems. In this role, you will support formal testing activities under the supervision of senior engineers, helping to validate the performance and reliability of ground-to-ground voice and data communications systems. You will gain hands-on experience with a variety of testing tools, methodologies, and network environments. Responsibilities: Education: Qualifications: - Support FAA formal system and software testing activities as part of a cross-functional engineering team testing Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems. - Assist in developing and executing test plans, procedures, and documentation, review and comment on contractor delivered test plans and test procedures, witness testing verifying system requirements. - Design and/or perform testing of electrical and IP-based voice communication systems using industry tools such as Wireshark, LabVIEW, and GL Communications (e.g., MAPS, VQT, VQUAD). - Conduct and report on environmental and power testing (e.g., MIL-STD-810, EMI/EMC, inrush current, total harmonic distort...
