Lead a small team of Facilities Technicians, supporting their development through training, guidance, and hands-on leadership. Monitor compliance with operating procedures, guest service standards, and safety guidelines. Oversee opening, operating, and closing procedures for the attraction. Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment and machinery, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Utilize hands-on expertise to solve problems quickly, minimizing downtime and maximizing the guest experience. Perform custodial duties, re-lamping and lighting repairs, painting and wall repair, and equipment setup or take-down.
