Job Summary: The Pipefitter Foreman is responsible for overseeing field installation activities of hydronic and steam systems on industrial and commercial construction projects. This role emphasizes labor productivity, quality control, safety compliance, and effective crew leadership. The foreman coordinates closely with field supervisors and project managers, supervises a team of 2–6 pipefitters, and performs hands-on tasks including cutting, threading, welding, and pressure testing of various piping systems. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in interpreting job-specific drawings, managing jobsite operations, and ensuring adherence to company procedures and project specifications. A minimum of 8 years of pipefitting experience, certified welding credentials, and competency with digital tools such as iPads and construction software are required.
