Worker Type Regular: Job Description: The Test Engineer II designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and Test Equipment for production testing of small UAV systems and the PCBA's and sub-system that comprise them. Position Responsibilities: - Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. - This position requires C# / OOP software development using Visual Studio IDE. Experience in LabVIEW is also required. - Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing, configuring and calibrating product. - Develops test plans and strategies - Independently drives for results and consistently meets deliverables on projects with aggressive timelines. - Work with diverse teams across multiple disciplines. - Provides feedback to product design team to improve testability of design. - Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues - Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors - Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience): - B.S. in Electrical...
