Transportation Design Engineer I/II/III - ( 2600704 ) Position Information TXDOT's Dallas County Area Office is looking for a Design Engineer to join the Dallas County design team in a project manager role. You’ll be responsible for designing, managing, and coordinating plan designs for construction projects involving the construction, maintenance, and repair of highways, bridges, and transportation infrastructure in Dallas County. Your daily workload will involve developing and overseeing assigned highway design projects, while coordinating action items with Dallas District design groups to complete construction plans. While working closely with co-workers within the Area Office design team, you will build and oversee entire projects from the initial scoping & design stage, all the way through the letting and bidding process!
