Maintenance Crew Member Job Description: Job Summary: The Grounds and Maintenance Team Member is responsible for the routine maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep at the Big League Dreams Manteca location. This includes landscaping tasks, minor repairs, and ensuring that the environment is clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing for all staff, visitors, and customers. This position is expected to work between 20-30 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Landscaping & Grounds Care: - Mow, trim, and edge lawns and grassed areas. - Maintain flower beds, trees, shrubs, and hedges by pruning, weeding, and watering as necessary - Rake leaves, remove litter, and keep grounds clean and aesthetically pleasing. Building & Facility Maintenance: - Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and address minor maintenance or repair needs (e.g., broken fences, damaged walkways, etc.). - Help with general cleaning and upkeep of indoor and outdoor spaces, including sweeping, pressure washing, and trash disposal.
