Job description

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to provide specialized consultation services for members exhibiting challenging behaviors. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized behavior support plans to address these behaviors and improve outcomes. Responsibilities: - Behavior Support Plans: Develop, implement, and oversee behavior plans, following Clinical Coverage Policy 8P. - Behavior Analysis: Observe clients to identify challenging behaviors, record and analyze data, and monitor the implementation of support plans. - Progress Assessment and Plan Revision: Assess member progress, make revisions to PBSPs as needed, and decrease target behaviors. - Training and Coaching: Provide monthly training sessions to members, staff, and caregivers on positive behavior techniques. - Case Management: Independently manage a caseload, participate in treatment plan meetings, and collaborate with the care team. - Tele-Consultation: Utilize tele-consultation services when necessary.
