Company Description As Supply Chain Planning Team Lead, you will own and drive the downstream balancing pillar of our global S&OP process supported by SAP IBP. You will ensure that the global demand plan is translated into a realistic, capacity-aligned supply, inventory, and production plan, while leading a high-performing team and orchestrating cross-functional alignment. Acting as both process owner and system expert, you will shape standards, strengthen planning capabilities, and continuously enhance tools and ways of working across our global organization. Job Description: TEAM LEADERSHIP/ DEVELOPMENT: You will lead, coach, and develop the global planning team, defining clear objectives, roles, and priorities to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of the monthly planning cycle. You will provide regular feedback, support individual development, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As the senior escalation point, you will guide the team through complex supply balancing challenges and critical business trade-offs.
