Position Summary: Responsible and accountable for establishing and maintaining key employer stakeholder and infrastructure relationships within New York City (NYC) with sector-specific engagement approaches. Develop and implement a strategic plan to build relationships with key industry partners to identify current and future labor market needs and liaise with other WeCARE departments to connect these opportunities to our clients. Act as a labor market and emerging industry expert, identifying and developing pathways to skills training and pre-employment opportunities that prepare our clients for available jobs. Establish Fedcap’s reputation as a business that is focused on creating outcomes through an attractive and compelling employer offering that provides as many sustainable work-focused opportunities for our clients as possible.
