JOB SUMMARY: The Continuous Improvement Manager - Product Development is responsible for driving continuous improvement across all Business Units and Product Lines by monitoring, analyzing, and reducing post-release Bill of Materials (BOM) changes. This role will establish robust monitoring systems, perform root cause analysis on BOM change drivers, and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives to reduce downstream disruptions, improve product data quality, and enhance the overall New Product Development & Introduction (NPDI) process. The ideal candidate is a self-driven leader with a passion for continuous improvement and the analytical rigor to turn data into actionable insights.
