Employment Type: Full time Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift Description: **This position requires 12 months RN experience** The OB Flex Team is a highly skilled group of nurses who float across all obstetric and neonatal areas to support staffing needs on both the Downtown and West Campuses. This team provides flexible, cross-trained coverage to the NICU, Mother Baby, Labor and Delivery, and OB Emergency Department/Antepartum units, ensuring seamless patient care during periods of high census, acuity, or staffing shortages. By adapting quickly to unit needs, the OB Flex Team enhances continuity of care, supports frontline staff, and helps maintain safe, high-quality outcomes for mothers and newborns across all locations mentioned below: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit East Tower, 4th Floor This dedicated unit consists of 62 beds in 44 private patient rooms and is located in the East Tower. Credentialed as a Level III NICU, practicing highly technical, state-of-the-art care for high-risk premature babies and full-term newborns in need of specialized care.
