Role description: This role drives the UK&I and Global Resilience Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HS&W) strategy and agenda, taking the lead within a specialist discipline and service area. It provides professional leadership across all resilience services within the Specialist & Scientists job families, while maintaining personal competence and professional status. The position demonstrates the capability to influence both Arcadis business operations and the ongoing development of HS&W practices. Key responsibilities include identifying HS&W improvements that can create additional work scopes for project teams and clients, thereby ensuring compliance.
