Job description

Pay Range: $25.48 - $33.98 Maintains the HRIS databases by entering and verifying new and existing employee job and benefit related information. Assists with various components of Health & Welfare administration, Retirement administration and general employment policy inquiries. Responsible for addressing a wide range of customer questions in a timely and complete manner. Maintains effective customer service skills in order to conform to service standards and measured goals. Education and Experience: ​ - · Associates Degree or equivalent experience - · Minimum 2 years related experience Skills and Abilities: - Thorough understanding of Microsoft Windows products, specifically Excel and Word. - Possesses strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to work well across teams. Communicates effectively with peers and management staff, vendors and employees. - Requires strong organizational and time management skills. - Multi-state knowledge of laws, regulatory requirements and compliance rules. - ·Knowledge of Company policies/procedures and benefit packages or ability to learn.
