As a Contract Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in managing costs, overseeing procurement, and supporting the successful commercial delivery of residential projects. You’ll work both independently and as part of a wider commercial team—ensuring cost certainty, maintaining accurate reporting, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. What you’ll do: Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, payments, remeasurements and final accounts Prepare and maintain accurate cost value reconciliations (CVCs), cash flows and contract sum analyses Support the negotiation of client final accounts and ensure effective documentation of change Attend design and coordination meetings, providing commercial insight and risk awareness Collaborate with Technical and Production teams to align commercial and programme goals Ensure compliance with Hill processes, ISO9001 standards, and relevant legislation Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of collaboration and improvemen...
