Cook Solutions Group is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and support key human resources functions within a fast-paced technology environment. This role will serve as a trusted business partner to leadership by providing guidance, coaching, and HR expertise across employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll, benefits, and organizational development. This is a hands-on role that will be actively involved in managing and overseeing the day-to-day HR processes and functions. We are seeking someone who can step in, take ownership of this area of HR, and provide strong operational leadership. This position offers a clear opportunity for growth into a more strategic HR leadership role as the individual demonstrates proven capability, initiative, and success in the role.
