We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Somerset to assist with the appointment of an Estates Surveyor , on a 9-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £290.06 - £399.00 per day Summary: This role sits within the Estates Strategy & Development team and focuses on managing property transfers and disposals across a large and diverse council estate. The position involves overseeing transactions from initial appraisal through to completion, supporting strategic objectives and capital receipt targets while ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation.
