Product Manager II, YouTube Growth Platform

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in product management, including taking technical consumer products from conception to launch. - Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies. - Experience building Machine Learning (ML) ranking algorithms to drive engagement. - Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, and Marketing to deliver platform features. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in a technology or business related field. - Experience with digital advertising products or growth marketing technology. - Experience with Machine Learning (ML) experimentation methodologies. - Experience delivering technical presentations to executive leadership and securing buy-in for ML-driven product ideas. - Experience with ads relevance improvement for consumer products. - Passion for the YouTube ecosystem and an understanding of platform growth levers for both creators and viewers.
