Student Engagement Manager Brandeis Hillel: Role Overview: Brandeis Hillel is seeking a full-time Student Engagement Manager for someone who is energized by relationships, strategic about outreach, and passionate about connecting people to Jewish life and community. This is an ideal position for a candidate with 2+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to work with student leaders and interns, and is interested in fostering an inclusive and diverse Jewish community. You’ll work closely with the Assistant Director, student-facing staff, and engagement interns to plan, develop, to design and drive a strategy to grow the breadth of Jewish life at Brandeis. Brandeis is a small, academically rigorous university with a close-knit Jewish community of approximately 1,200 students. The work here is relational and intentional, building real relationships with students, understanding what matters to them, and helping them find their place in Jewish life at Brandeis and beyond.
