SUMMARY: The AbilityOne Team Leader assists the Worksite Manager in providing supervision and training to participant employees and supervisors at the worksite. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the essential duties required of the AbilityOne Team Lead position. - Demonstrates compliance with the federal government contract requirements, specifically the Statement of Work. - Assists Worksite Manager to prepare and submit task and frequency schedules for buildings being serviced at Hanscom Air Force Base in order to be in compliance with federal government standards.
