We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Health and Safety Manager . If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards: Define HS&S cultural changes needed. Define HS&S Roadmap & PD. Ensure planning, & implementation of standards on Health & Safety. Deploys AEU Policy Deployment and associated HS&S Roadmap. Deploys the Autoliv Sustainability, Environment and Health & Safety Policies across AEU. Implements the actions required to ensure the achievement of the ALV & AEU goals. Coordinate HS in the division: Ensure the management of the Health & safety activities, to reduce injuries, SIF and PSIF. Ensure continuous improvement of HSA: Reduce the number & the severity of the Health & Safety events to reach the Safety excellence. Support/Ensure the management of compliance with HS&S legal requirements within the division.
