SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team under the direction of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and safety of our facilities, equipment, and systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include but are not limited to: Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues. Perform routine maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical. CNC machinery/ assembly equipment mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (mills, lathes, presses, custom assembly equipment related to business). Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools. Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Tasks related to machine installation (air, electrical, hydraulic). This could include use of fork trucks and/or high lifts. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
