We are looking for Project Management Officer/Administrator who will provide support to Project Management team in Detect department: YOUR CHALLENGES: Ensuring ongoing tracking and alignment of project KPIs. Escalate gaps versus targets on the tasks if the Project team cannot resolve the issues at their level. Train, coach and support PMs and PTMs to establish mature PM practices (e.g. Scheduling activity (L1 and L2)) Ensure that L1/L2 are supported by appropriate resources / competences to meet plan done by team Ensure robust link between L1/L2 function to avoid coordination issue or missing information to reach milestones Support operational teams, ensuring follow-up and resolution of identified schedule improvements.
