Location: Remote (Must reside in MST or PST) Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Weekend Work) Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $23.50 – $26.50 per hour Overview: Chronic Care Staffing is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Bilingual Care Coordinator (LPN) to support patients managing chronic conditions in a fully remote setting.
