Position Summary: As a Senior Legal Counsel - Retail Payer Contracting, you will provide strategic legal counsel to the most senior internal business partners with respect to pharmacy provider agreements, pharmacy services agreements, regulatory compliance, and health-care related regulations and laws. You will proactively advise business partners on a wide variety of matters and work collaboratively with other attorneys and partners on matters related to PBM and health plan agreements and legal and regulatory compliance.
