As Boldt’s Associate Counsel (Contracts), you’ll provide 100% transactional support drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction and project-based agreements (no litigation), partnering closely with the business to solve real-time deal and execution needs. This is a fully remote, U.S.-based role reporting to Senior Counsel, intentionally designed for an attorney who enjoys hands-on, high-volume contract work, values autonomy, and wants meaningful day-to-day impact over a traditional firm or corporate ladder.
