What the Role Is Super Star Car Wash is building a high-performance digital marketing engine focused on measurable growth, data-driven targeting, and continuous optimization. We are looking for a Paid Performance Media Manager who brings deep platform expertise and hands-on execution experience across paid search and paid social. This is a highly technical and hands-on role for someone who knows advertising platforms inside and out and enjoys being directly responsible for campaign performance. This individual contributor role will own execution, optimization, testing, and performance improvement across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. While strategic direction and investment priorities will be set in partnership with the Director of Digital & Lifecycle, this role will serve as SSCW's day-to-day paid media expert and platform owner, responsible for translating strategy into performance through strong execution and optimization discipline.
