WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH: You’ll be a member of the Nike Direct Stores Real Estate team and report to the Real Estate Director of the department. In this hyper dynamic environment, you need to be on the offense to drive clarity and move with speed to achieve the needed results. You will manage two direct reports and as a team manage all lease obligations, build and execute portfolio optimization plans through strong cross functional collaboration with Global lease services, Finance teams, Field leadership, Store construction, Facilities, and Legal teams. Externally you will manage landlord communications. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a strong people manager and subject-matter expert in retail real estate asset management, with the ability to lead and develop a high‑performing asset management team in a highly matrixed organization.
