Job Description: We are looking for an Associate Agreements Officer/Agreements Officer to play a key role in LLNL’s technology transfer mission. You will draft, negotiate, recommend for approval, and manage partnership, commercialization, licensing, and IP management agreements from inception through post execution. Additionally, you will advise research staff involved with technology transfer agreements on the statutory, policy, and procedural requirements at LLNL.
