Preconstruction Manager, New Regions and Expansions

Job description

Meta is seeking a construction professional to join our design, engineering, and construction organization as a Preconstruction Manager. You will collaborate closely with our leadership, site development and delivery teams to manage projects from site diligence to design kick off through break ground on site and GMP execution. The Preconstruction Manager will be extremely familiar with procurement, budgets, scheduling, constructability, and negotiation of large-scale mission critical projects. Responsibilities: Responsible for successful execution of large-scale commercial agreements with external partners from site diligence through construction start, including coordination of multiple team inputs, evaluation and allocation of risk, and incorporation of commercially responsible terms into construction contracts.
