About the unit 9 North is a 32 Bed Medical floor caring for the adult and geriatric population. We see a variety of different medical conditions and disease processes including Cardiac, Neuro, Respiratory, Infectious Disease, and Psych. The unit has the capability to monitor 8 cardiac telemetry patients. Nurses care for patients with acute conditions and manage patient’s chronic conditions. 9 North is a phenomenal learning unit that encourages personal and professional growth and development.
