About the role As a Lead Product Software Engineer, you will lead a team of developers to deliver high‑quality software solutions while ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines, industry best practices, and secure coding standards. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, contribute to technical design and implementation, and support the team throughout the development lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in both engineering practices and product delivery.
