Job Description Summary Member of a small, fast-paced and specialized team tasked with the facilitation, communication and execution of projects focused on system administration and data management support. Extensive contact with internal customers and vendors is required to identify, research, analyze, and resolve system issues and development. Will be primary contact on complex or escalated issues and may provide direction and guidance to junior team members. Applies specialized business knowledge and technical skills to drive productivity and quality improvements. Manages complex problems independently and demonstrates analytical thinking. Can make judgements and recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation of data. Responsible for on-going data feeds, development and enhancements.
