Overview Our Center for Process Excellence team is on a mission to improve business outcomes and employee experiences by driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes, and the technology and analytics supporting these. As the Sr Director, Global Process Owner, Integrated Business Planning, you will be responsible for the enterprise-wide implementation of Integrated Business Planning processes (e.g, Portfolio, Demand, Supply, Finance, and Executive reviews) across all BUs and functions, as well as the implementation of tools to support these processes (e.g., SAP IBP, ML forecasting, Celonis). This will require you to lead a cross-functional team, as well as collaborating closely with, and influencing, global business stakeholders at all levels. You will draw on your domain knowledge and change leadership experience to design, test, deploy, and drive adoption of new processes and systems. This role will report to the VP, Enterprise Process Excellence.
