We are working closely alongside a local authority in Somerset t o assist with the appointment of a Senior Case Manager on a 3 - months contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £21.19- £29.00 per hour Hours per week : 18.5 Summary: The Senior Housing Case Manager ensures the Tenancy and Estates Team effectively prioritizes and manages caseloads, responding to housing-related enquiries and actions with a high degree of professional oversight. You will act as a senior technical resource, supporting Tenancy Officers with complex casework, ensuring all interactions are recorded accurately on the Open Housing System, and leading on the continuous improvement of policies and procedures to ensure they remain fit for purpose.
