Welder Operator 1st shift

Job description

Position Purpose: Responsible for welding brake shoes. Hourly Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.35 Essential Functions: - Maintain Environmental Health and Safety standards in the workplace - Loads brake shoe parts into the fixture and verify the quality of parts. - Always keep work area clean - Work in a safe manner always - Other duties as assigned Education and Training: - High School Diploma or GED Minimum Qualifications: - Good communication skills - Must be able to work independently - Ability to work well with others Physical Demands: - Must be able to stand continuously for 8-12 hrs. - Must be able to lift 25lbs - Must be able to bend, twist and lift repetitively - Ability to work in tight places - Good hand/eye coordination and good motor skills - Demonstrates dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations Environmental Conditions: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
