We are currently seeking a Verification of Benefits VOB Authorization Coordinator in Oklahoma City, OK for our Re-engagement department. The Re-Engagement VOB Authorization Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all prior authorization requirements for patients across the company. This person will also support verification of benefits as needed. Duties & Responsibilities: - Perform insurance verifications and authorizations for orthotic and/or prosthetic devices to ensure coverage for each code used for each device ordered for a patient. - Make patient re-engagement calls. - Collaborate with other team members and communicate requirements pertaining to their patient’s insurance coverage. - Communicate accurate benefits to the patient or applicab...
