What you will be doing?: As a People Operations Advisory Specialist, you will provide high quality HR advice and operational support to employees and managers across the organisation. You will manage end to end employee lifecycle activities including joiners, movers, leavers and contractual changes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a strong focus on customer experience. Working closely with HR Business Partners and global colleagues, you will support complex employee queries, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and be involved in activities such as data privacy requests and mergers and acquisitions support.
