We are seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to join our team. Working at NT Concepts means operating at the forefront of National Security, where advanced capabilities in AI, autonomy, and mission systems are translated into real-world outcomes. This is not a traditional proposal coordination role. We are looking for a proposal leader who drives outcomes, brings structure to ambiguity, and turns complex technical capability into clear, compelling proposals. You will work directly with business development, capture, and technical leadership to shape and deliver submissions that position NTC to win in high-priority mission areas across the Defense and Intelligence Community. If you have led winning proposals in fast-moving, R&D-driven environments and prefer building strong submissions over managing processes, this role is designed for you. Mission Focus: Lead the development of proposals supporting adversarial AI, mission autonomy, and decision advantage, with a focus on SBIR, OTA, and advanced R&D programs across the Defense and Intelligence Community.
