Description SUMMARY OF POSITION: Responsible for overseeing and implementing the corporate sales program within their assigned district. This role focuses on assisting Cornwell tool dealers in maximizing their sales and profitability while also working to increase the number of Cornwell tool dealers within the district. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Recruit, train, and support Cornwell franchise dealers. - Drive district dealer growth and meet sales forecasts and goals. - Conduct in-person sales meetings and events, utilizing company-prepared sales presentations, skills, and tools. - Develop and maintain geographic territory surveys in accordance with company guidelines. - Analyze dealer sales data and report potential issues to the Regional Manager. Complete all required reports by specified deadlines. - Collaborate closely with dealers and support teams to drive business success and coach franchise owners. - Train and assist dealers in utilizing company programs to maximize sales and profitability. - Maintain weekly contact with each dealer within the assigned district to strengthen relationships and keep dealers informed of company policies and programs. - Communicate...
