JOB DESCRIPTION: The Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP) is seeking to hire an International Project Manager to provide specialized support to researchers throughout the entire lifecycle of awarded international projects, ensuring efficient, rigorous management aligned with funders’ requirements. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Comprehensive management of international research projects (especially European programs and other international funders) from the signing of the Grant Agreement to administrative, financial, and contractual closure. - Act as a key liaison between researchers, funding bodies, and internal departments, ensuring smooth and efficient communication. - Provide expert advice on post-award management, including: - Planning, monitoring, and adjusting project budgets. - Controlling expense eligibility according to funder regulations. - Preparing and validating financial reports, economic justifications, and audit processes. - Support contractual and legal management of projects in coordination with the legal department: - Negotiation and monitoring of contracts, amendments, and international collaboration agreements. - Ensure compliance with contractual, ethica...
