Department: 37587 AMC Manitowoc County - Outpatient Rehabilitation: Dewey Street Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: General Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy full time position working with a dynamic outpatient staff. $20,000 sign on bonus! This clinic operates Monday - Thursday 7:00 to 6:00 and Friday 7:00 to 5:30. $1,500 in annual CEU's. Mentorship program available for newly graduated therapist. Inpatient Acute coverage weekend rotation, working 3-4 weekends per year. Pay Range: $41.10 - $61.65 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school. Previous hospital experience preferred. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: Current licensure in the state of applicable state and CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.
