Team Leader Shipbuilding The Role: Delivers shipbuilding engineering outputs with high quality and on time, while providing functional leadership to a team of shipbuilding engineers. Combines hands-on engineering with team coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate daily shipbuilding engineering activities - Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting - Review and validate shipbuilding engineering deliverables - Perform complex design, calculations, and drawings - Coordinate outsourced engineering and support production - Ensure compliance with applicable regulations Skills & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience - Strong knowledge of shipbuilding engineering and processes - Experience with Cadmatic Hull and AutoCAD - Good command of English Recruiter: Burcu Gökçek Email: burcu.gokcek@damen.com Please apply through the Apply Button.
