POSITION SUMMARY: The Oven Operator position has the responsibility to work safely, maintain a positive attitude, be respectful to all and focus efforts and abilities towards building a quality product in the time allocated. The Oven Operator transforms raw materials and purchased parts into completed products. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Understands the correct operation of a roto-molding machine. - Understands and complies with the Production Schedule. - Adds inserts and other molded in components to a mold. - Uses measuring equipment to obtain proper powder weights. - Charges molds with correct weight and type of powder. - Changes molds to accommodate production schedule. - Inspects parts for conformance to specifications. - Performs proper maintenance on molds as required. - ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED - Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: - Ability to work as a team member. - Ability to use power tools, overhead cranes.
