Corporate Counsel Position Summary The Corporate Counsel role will provide legal guidance and support across all areas of the Company’s operations. This position serves as the primary internal legal resource for the organization and is responsible for managing legal matters involving contracts, litigation, collections, compliance, employment matters, risk management, and general corporate counsel functions.
