Senior Manager FP&A Nutrition (m/f/d)

Job description

As Senior Manager FP&A (m/f/d), you play a key role in driving financial transparency and business performance across our Nutrition business. You transform complex financial data into actionable insights and help shape modern, data-driven decision-making in an international environment. In this role, you work closely with finance and business stakeholders and actively contribute to the ongoing development of our reporting landscape. Your Responsibilities: Drive monthly and quarterly P&L reporting from Sales to EBIT, as well as other key performance indicators, and provide actionable analyses and insights to improve business outcomes. Compile, challenge, and interpret variances and business drivers to generate insights and support performance improvement. Own specifically delegated business unit FP&A processes by providing tools and reports and proactively aligning planning assumptions and deviations with regional FP&A teams. Run selected deep-dive analyses on specific topics to support financial and operational decision-making.
