Location: On-site Department: Operations: Reports To: Funding Manager: About the Role: The Funding Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate funding of solar projects by managing loan, lease, and incentive documentation from install completion through final funding. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, lenders, utilities, and customers to keep projects moving smoothly and cash flowing. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end funding process for solar projects after installation completion Prepare, review, and submit funding packages to lenders and financing partners Verify documentation accuracy, including contracts, completion certificates, inspections, PTO, and system details Track project milestones and funding status across multiple platforms and lenders Communicate with internal teams (sales, operations, install, permitting) to resolve missing or incorrect items Coordinate with lenders to address stipulations, deficiencies, or funding delays Ensure compliance with lender, utility, and program requirements Maintain accurate records and notes in CRM and funding systems Meet funding timelines and performance SLAs Identify process i...
